The Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council passed Resolution 150, which states:

"all non-member hunters who harvest or attempt to harvest wildlife species, on all trust lands on the Rosebud Reservation, are required to have a registered Rosebud Sioux Tribal Member Guide.

The date of January 1, 2001, to commence the regulation..."

No guide needed to hunt coyotes.

Guide needed to shoot prairie dogs.
